Heater Pipe

I have been looking for a replacement for the steel heater pipe for a 75B.

Yhe pipe that runs from the heater hose to the front lower radiator hose,
it also has a tap off to where the return for the water controlled choke
goes.

I have cheked several of the well known suppliers, and even checked in
Enland when I was there last year, but no luck.

Can anyone suggest or know of a place I get get a replacement?  Mine has a
pin hole in it, and I'm afraid it will start to develope others.
