Clutch/Brakes

Howdy all:

I was wondering if it's normal for a Sprite to loose it's fluids like in
the clutch and brakes when the car has sat up for several months?  Or do I
have a bigger problem to deal with?

I don't mind bleeding, I just need to know if there is something else I
should look at and may fix?
