MGA brake problem

Still have not been able to find a reasonable brake master cylinder for 
my sisters MGA. I'm not even sure at this point if she needs one, Mabye 
the problem is correctable with her existing master cylinder.
What happens is that the car is driven a few miles and the brakes are 
applied a few times, they do not fully release but continue to bind more 
and more with each application.
Any help would be appreciated.
