Poorly made chrome bits

I just tried to install a Moss-made bottom hinge for my passenger side vent 
window.  It fit so poorly, the vent couldn't close completely.  The part was 
either drilled incorrectly or slightly mis-shaped.  Is there another source of 
small chrome parts that are of better quality?
