TC/TA and MGA FHC parts needed

I am looking on behalf of a friend in NZ for the following:

TA to TC windshield mounting brackets: the "hammer" ones that mount the
frame to the cowl scuttle.

TA: the petrol reserve tap on the battery box and the dash handle.
Original, not the repro.

TF: the two louvered inspection panels under the front fenders.

For myself: MGA coupe, the wire "bows" that form the headliner or at
least the "borrow" of them so I can make copies.
