.
Unfortunately, according to A.D.Clausager in his "Original MGB", roadsters
had Ambla (knit-backed expanded vinyl) seat facings, while GTs had nylon
ones, with a dark navy blue that replaced black and Ochre replacing Autumn
Leaf, but toward the end of the year, black was reintroduced and navy
deleted.
The seat cover patterns were new on '73 models, with narrower side bolsters
and transverse fluting running across the bolsters and centre panel.
If your B had Ochre interiors, it might be difficult to find the correct
shade of colour, because it lasted less than an year, before Autumn Leaf was
re-introduced.
I don't know wether leather was offered as an option, but don't think so.
