79 B Value

Happy 1997, MOWOG Friends:

I have a small question.  An acquaintance has the opportunity to pick up 
a 79 B that has no rust and 34K miles on its odometer.  It has always 
been garaged, but probably was used too infrequently because the owner 
says the fuel lines are clogged.  The interior is in acceptable 
condition.  It has the black paint/white MG stripe exterior.

I do not know much about Bs so I would appreciate any and all comments.
