A fly-off emergency brake handle allows the driver to do hand brake turns 
without having to push in the release button on the handle.  Very hand 
to have when SOLO II was autocross or gymkana.  Still some what useful for 
the serious driver that has courses with button-hooks or 180 degree 
turns.
