The fuel pump voltage must be up around 12 volts. The most likely culprit is the 'ignition' relay on the inner right font fender. The contacts get hot and melt the relay. This also supplies voltage to the coil, so not only do you have low fuel pressure, but probably don't have too much spark either. If it is not that relay, check the safety switch that shuts off the pump in case of an accident. It is in front of your left knee, under the dash. |
