MGB Rag top

Well I think I put on my soft top for the last time.  Too rotten, too old.
Today when I put it on it ended up with a large rip.   

Soooo, I need information on who makes a good top, and where I can buy it at a
good price.  

Also I need to know about zip out rear windows, good idea or not?

Any help would be appreciated.
