I noticed a good response from one of the other subscribers. However, he did
not mention the use of a dial indicator to measure the amount of runout both
laterally and vertically (concentricity). For the 19 inch TC wheel you can
get within .030 inches runout if you work carefully. Figure on at least 1
hour per wheel.  On a T-type wheel you would have to have the tire off the
wheel in order to get at the inner end of the spoke nipple.
