My '60 MGA roadster's doors fit nicely flush. The passenger door is about 1/4cm
out at the top, but not really noticeable. Point being - the doors *should* fit
flush.

I used an impact wrench to breal loose the hinge bolts.
As "...showroom floor!" looks, I question that. I, we
all, have seen A's in original, deteriorated and restored
condition and it seems to me the door should fit flush.
