Unfortunately, even the MGB brakes are sometimes not up to the task as I found
to my chagrin a few years ago when the ABS equipped Mercedes ahead of me decided
to suddenly stop in light rain. I also found how much stronger the Mercedes
rear bumper was than the bonnet of my '71 B... :( No damage to the Benz, LARGE
dent in my wallet!
