Did Lucas strike again???

On my way to work this morning (northwest of Boston on rt. 495)...

I passed a BRG rubber bumper B I was in the wrong lane (and wrong 
speed) to safely stop, so went to the next exit and came back.  
When I got there, it was going up on a flat bed.  

So... If it was anyone here on the net, I am sorry I didn't stop
the first time.  Well, at least I had good intentions.
