What is it worth?

I have a 1975 MGB which is mostly complete but the body is in not too
great shape. The exterior is mostly OK (oxidized paint) but rust through
in the sills and floor. The engine has a burned valve and needs a new
clutch. Transmission and rear end seem fine. SU conversion done on the
carbs, two new tires, old top, and cracked windshield. Any idea about
what it would be worth?
