About the Weber sidedraft thing, I would not install the sidedrafts for the reason that some-times and I do say SOME-TIMES with a stock size motor the Weber will pump to much gas into the cylinder, thus causeing gas to flow down the cylinder walls and wash the oil off. This in turn will thin your oil, and eventually cause the engine to seize. I have seen this problem occur, and I think it was in a 68 MGB GT. Kai Radicke 66 MGB (under restoration and no Weber) |
