I'll second that. About two years ago I requested a copy of
the parts catalog while ordering some NLA parts (my first order).

The parts arrived, and they were fine. The receipt indicated that
I had been charged for a catalog but I didnt receive it. No problem,
I waited a day or two thinking it might have been in a seperate shipment.
After a few days, I called them, thinking it might have been lost in
transit. I was told that there was no record of my order, Goodbye...
  Click... Buzzzzz :-\

When I got my Mastercard statement, I called back and asked them
to explain the British Miles charge. I was told that they were
moving to a new facility, were very busy people, and as it was only
$5, to quit making a big deal out of it. No problem, I said, Forget
the catalog (meaning it) - just credit me for the amount. Sorry, we
  cant do that. :-(

About three months later, the catalog arrived. Admitedly, the
amount was only $5, but I didnt think it was sound business practice
to charge for an item, regardless of the cost, and not ship it.
