a-arm bushings

The bushings are not hard replace.  You will have to remove the spring 
but replacing it is not difficult if you use a floor jack.  
Remove the split pins holding big arm nuts in place, then remove the nuts 
The a-arms can then be removed, old bushes pushed out if they don't fall 
out, and neew ones put in.  Put some wheel bearing grease around the new 
bushes and coat the inside of the a-arm before installing new bushes.
By teh way remove teh coil spring before removing the a-arm or you might 
get you nostrils cleaned out by the a-arm pan slapping you up side the
head. 
As a note: check out getting a factory manuel from one of teh mail order 
houses or check out you local British sporty car repair shop for an after 
market repair manual.  They really help.
