I'll let others comment on what the best top manufacturer is, but I do
have an installation tip. When drilling out the old rivets, many times
the far end will fall off into the header rail. Then when driving
around, the metal pieces bounce around, making casino-like clincking
noises. They won't come out through the holes (holes are too small).
Solution: before putting on the new top, drill a larger hole somewhere
towards the side of the header rail, in the part that will have the top
glued to it. Then empty out all the debris from the header rail before
rivering and gluing on the new top. Much quieter.
YYMV.
