Badaboom badabing!!  A most excellent idea.  Keep the old tech tips
files around too.  Instead of repeatedly posting long-winded answers to
questions, we can just refer the asker to Tech Tip Digest X.

For that matter, somebody could compile and organize John's stuff into
the first coherent MG FAQ!
