Try baby oil. It is cheap and gives things a pleasant smell. When you put
it on it will probably look patchy as it soaks into the surface but will
even up eventually. If it soaks in in a flash put some more on. Also use
it on vinyl seats and trims. The main component of baby oil is lanolin,
which comes from wool so sales are good for our exports!!
All the advertised vinyl cleaners are Armorall type fluids, so do not use them.
The motor trimmers love Amorall- it is great for their business.
