Disappearing coolant

I'm just about to put my '63 B back on the road.  When I parked it well 
over a year ago, it was losing coolant at a pretty steady rate, but I 
never figured out where it was going.  

I've already checked the oil for water and the water for oil.  No problem 
there.

I've replaced the thermostat and the radiator cap.  No problem there 
either.

...so, where's it going?  I'd really like to figure it out before I crack 
my block in Atlanta's summer heat during Olympic traffic!
