broken head bolt

Warm weather and getting exited about getting my 79 MGB 
runnung again, after 5 years. Solved all electrical problems
(for now) and was putting rebuilt head back on.

Then it happened...SNAP. I broke off one of my head bolts in 
the block. It was one of the long ones that hold the rocker arm 
on as well. Help! How do I get the broken bolt out of the head?

Also, I'm in CA and I took apart my frozen air pump and need some 
parts for it. Any suggestions?
