Sorry doctor you are wrong, this movie was shot with an actual Honda Formula
I, it was shot during the same time period that Honda won their first
Formula I race with Ritchi Ginther (I believe) driving the car.  Garner was
and still is a motorsports enthusiast.  He did a good portion of the driving
in this movie.
