Minor list troubles

I've turned off the LWGate service for the moment, as it was doing
strange things.  I'll look into it more soon, I hope.  For those who
have never used it, it was a Web interface to the mailing lists on
autox.team.net.

The http server is still working, as are all the lists.  The runaway
lwgate processes did cause some grief Sunday and Monday, but I think
that is all cleared up, things should be flowing smoothly again.
