Bert:
I'm not an engineer, but I have been running my MGA for the last 6
years on unleaded fuel at perhaps 6-8000 miles per year. Absolutely now
damage to valves. I've also been running my BMW since new, the last 7
years on unleaded fuel. No damage. I haven't had my BSA long enough to
know.
I've heard the same from everyone else. I wonder if the unleaded
bogeyman it trying to sell additives. There's probably a big market.
