When I used it, I found I had to follow the directions precisely to get the
best results. Apply one coat and at the end of a certain amount of
time(listed on the can) apply the second coat. The wrinkling seems to occur
because the second coat is not dry. I also used a hair dryer to increase
the wrinkly effect. A similar effect seems to be happening to my body. In
fact a heat source such as the sun seems to increase the wrinkly effect.
Probably some natural law.
