Hey, I had two Cibie Biodes (that's _two_ bulbs per lamp) wired into the
'67 and the '71 B-GTs. The '67 also had a Raydyot Spot; the '71 had two
Lucas Square 8s. The Biode hi beams and the spots were wired in with
relays. We're talking a total of 6 - 55W bulbs in the second car. The
generator in the '67 and the alternator in the '71 both had to be
rebuilt, but IMS, got about 60,000 miles out of each.

In short, no reason why the regular wiring won't hold up with the
Z-beams. If you feel queazy about it, wire the high beams in with a relay.
