Yes I checked lastnight (its 9 a.m. here in the UK) and the timing marks are 5
degrees apart on the B. The 4 degree number I 'invented' is the interval on the
timing marks of my 1500 Midget - the V8 is slightly different because it has a
neat scale engraved on the front pulley.
Does anyone out there in netland time their engine the reverse way, ie. set the
total advance at maximum advance rpm - say 30 degrees at 4000 rpm.
