Good news! The left bolt _was_ rusted to the "distance piece", but
repeated application of Liquid Wrench and back and forth jacking on the
bolt head finally broke it loose. A nut driver that just fit inside the
distance piece serving as a drift drove it out. The right hand side was
a piece of cake. The left bolt was being cut into next to the head and
will be replaced (con mucho anti-seize), but fortunately the hole has not
yet been enlarged. The urethane bushings went in and the car feels
great! Now if this !@#$%^& hurricane will blow on through so my parents
can come down this weekend (haven't seen them since Christmas) and see
and get a ride in the baby.
