Sorry for the truncated message.  I hit the wrong keys.  Back to converting
to neg ground:

1.  switch the battery leads
2.  change the coil
3.  change the fuel pump
4.  polarize the generator by stroling the "F" input terminal of the
generator.
5.  I think you also have to switch the tach leads.  I'm not sure about this,
since my former pos ground car had a mechanical tach.
6.  No need to do anything with the regulator.
