A "B" panel or "B" post is the piece of metal perpendicular to the rear 
quarter to which the door latches.  To my knowledge, the panel that fits 
early MGs with the refrigerator door handles is not available unless you 
make it yourself.

I ended up making one after a protracted and fruitless search!
