Jim,

It is as I had read in a few places.  Holley for umph, Edel for 
smooth.  But I found my Edel ran out of the box on my Rover 3.5l - 
maybe it is different a little bit to the 215. I did read that BL 
improved the 215 as they were not too happy about certain 
things.  One thing I understand is that the breathing could be 
improved on the Rover - so suppose that applies to the 215 ??  Toying 
with the idea of having the heads gas flowed............but there is 
no dyno within miles and miles of here !!!   In UK there are tons - 
but around Toronto I have yet to find one.

Anyway, I have now got it running (well, I chap called Kent did it - 
knew exactly where what was and why on the Edel).  Thanks for your response
