Could anyone on the list tell me the proper procedure for changing the valve
and oil in the front lever shocks on a 1974 MGB ?

I have the performance valves and new shock oil. I would like to do this
change on the car as I finally have my Stroked '63 Olds running great and now
need to complete these little type of details.

Any help from the list is greatly appreciated.

  Thanks,
  Bill Zenkus
