          I test fitted an HEI on my 215.
The factory used a "Button head" bolt  ( Torx ) just at that corner
on the V6 with HEI for that reason. I got that bolt from an old V6
and with the factory 4 bbl intake I have just enough clearance.
     I don't know about aftermarket intakes. Often, they are thicker
but I can't imagine causing a problem filing it down a bit.
