Prestige Interior Kit

I am installing a Prestige Interior kit and it came with no clips.  The 
ones in the Moss catalog (803-420) look like the ones remaining in the 
holes from the previous upholstery.  But nowhere do I see the sockets 
(226-695).   Does one really need these?   At $1.40 each I hope not.

Anyone tried using velcro on the tunnel bit?  Anyone with tips on installing?
