With iron heads, a Ford 302 weighs 15 pounds more than the stock TR6; with
aluminum heads, it weighs 35 pounds less. A BW T5 transmission weighs 10
pounds
more than the stock TR6 transmission. The values were obtained by actually
weighing the item of question.
