Window Glass Stopper

I have completely rebuilt my 19070 MGB GT doors/windows and all seems well 
(except for rubber door stopper).  But the official parts manual shows part 
AHH 7550/7551Bracket -glass stop(s).  Now I have found them but have no 
idea where they go.  Anybody know?   They are not even listed in the Moss 
catalog and one wonders if they can be ignored ??
