A victim again

I was trying to send an email to "the fan man" as suggested by JJJ but my 
Eudora did not come - What did was that insidious burble about signing up 
for ???  Does anyone know how to make Eudora the default of Netscape 
7?  Someone helped me on this before but I cannot find the message.

I tried holding ctrl and shift down then saying yes to restoring ini 
settings - but it still makes ???? my default email program
