I have a full sebring fender kit that also had no such fasteners. I was
able to use either bonding or machine screws with nuts behind at each of
mounting points. For the front fenders I had to bond at the beading by the windshield and to a scavanged metal inner wing. For the bottom edge, headlamps and valence I have machine screws and nuts. The top edge is simply through bolts into the rails. The rear fenders are nearly all bonded.
