Our story starts with a new converted bone stock rubber bumber B. Boy
locates 4.0 crossbolt rover engine and begins to shoe horn it in. Success he
is able to complete instillation process.
Now for the teething issues.
I have installed a high volume melling kit into a 300 buick front cover
my oil pressure is about 50 pounds running at 2500 rpm. Ill have to check it
at idle. Im using the swival filter assembly from D&D.
1/ Does this pressure seem excessive? Does anyone out there have a good
recommendation
I could follow for rpm vs pressure so I dont wipe this motor out. Any
help appreciated.
2/ What fans beside the stock ones will fit around a D&D radiator.
3/ Any advice on which mechanical fuel pump I can buy so I can remove the
electrice fuel pump.
Part numbers?
Thanks all for your help ahead of time.
