Thanks for all the input on the lower radiator hose
rub issue. Keep the ideas coming. I took a spare
piece of sink drain pipe (for lack of a better
description) and checked a few clearances and things
would still be tight. I would need to put some relief
areas in the pipe to provide clearance, which should
work.
One other idea I will look into is run the hose under
the frame, up through the fender and then connect to
the pump through a hole in the inner fender (wing).
This will require some cobbling of hoses and a piece
of pipe to join the pipe possibly in several
locations.
I would like to keep the coolant flow as smooth as
possible and prevent any restrictions. Every little
bit helps in keeping things cool.
