If you are sure it is in the driveshaft, then it can be one (or more)
of three things.
1. imbalance
2. worn U-joints
3. U-joints mis-aligned (the U-joints must be 90 degrees to each
other.)
Is it possible that the driveshaft was apart then re-assembled 'off'
by one or more splines?
Only other thing I can think of would apply to pick-ups with
'lift-kits'. I assume you haven't dramatically changed the ride height
of your vehicle...
