100mm Speedo Gauge

Has anyone got a 100mm Smith or Jaeger speedo gauge in KPH as opposed to 
MPH?  I need for my MGB GT and in Canada we are modern with kilometres (or 
is it a French thing?)

Will swap, accept free, buy, or negotiate for ownership of the Brooklyn Bridge
