I am unfamiliar with the Rover per se and do not know what oil pressures
they run, but be very careful of the hoses in the Summit kit.

I bought one for my 302 conversion and realized it would not fit. Rather
than return it, I decided to use it on the wife's Camry as they have the oil
filter on the front face of the block so oil filter changed run oil all over
the block. Being my 1st experience with a remote kit I checked it after 2
days of driving. THANK GOD! One of the hoses was all ballooned out and
ready to let go any minute!! I went to a local truck hydraulic place and
got some high pressure hose and have never looked back..

Just a word of caution. I don't want a fellow V8 stuck on the side of the
road with a blown hose and no oil in the motor.

Larry
