Folks,
I am pre-thanking in advance anyone who replies to this in an effort to cut
down traffic!
I have just bought a 14" Perma-Cool electric radiator fan model 19114 which
claims to pump 2,950 CFM. In the install instructions it says there must
be a minimum of 1" clearance to any moving part. I have a 1/8" clearance
and working on getting it to 1/2" in my MGB GT V8 (Rover 3.5L). Emails to
them have evoked no response. Does anyone know what happens if you go
below this figure?
