I havent received one, either. The real kicker is that I paid my
subscription fee a year ago and got only one issue, so I complained. Twice
at least, but no reply. Then, I sent the cancelled check to show I really
DID pay, and they CASHED IT AGAIN !!! I got the one issue you mentioned and
nothing else. I suspect something wrong there.
