anyone used the 4.0 fuel injected engine

I'm near a deal on the 4.0 as i counter offered less and he added the
brain box and wiring for the engine.If i use Glenns mounts will this all
fit under the hood?What mods have to be done to convert to carb and
regular distributor if need be?Thanks.....Greg
