To start with the bargain, I was perusing the latest copy of the Classic
Motorbooks catalog this afternoon, and noticed one MG book on clearance.
Book is titled "MG Sports Cars" which is "A fascinating collection of
articles, road tests, and reviews from the British magazine Autocar". It
might make an interesting addition to a book collection for the price of just
$9 USD, regularly $34.95. Item number 124291AE, number is 1-800-826-6600.
There are also a couple of Land Rover books really cheap.
Now to the question. I installed my Falcon / Mustang radiator, and am now
trying to find hoses to work. The top is simple as a 1.5" 12" long generic
radiator flex hose works fine. The generic flex hose I purchased for the
bottom won't make the two bends without kinking. Is there anything else I
can use, or do I just have to eat the cost of a SS hose such as Coolflex,
which the cheapest 2' piece retails for about 75 dollars.
Thanks,
Glenn
