Well...
I picked up a '67 'B GT with a complete SD1 driveline, from radiator to
drive shaft. The car itself is interesting, but in need of a *lot* of
work. It had been modified at some time in the past to accept a Chevy
350. The owner I purchased it from had obtained the SD1 and dry fit the
engine. It is a very modified 'B, with fender flares and a one piece
tilt-up nose. The car needs body work. The floors are rusty, but it's
all there. I was primarily interested in the fuel injection and the
magnesium 4 spoke wheels! (So...anyone out there interested in an
ambitious 'B GT project?)
Right now I'm focusing on putting one of my 3.5's with the SD1 injection
in my roadster, to hopefully be replaced by the hotwire 3.9. The GT
may end up donating some parts to another insane MG project we've been
working on, a rally 'B GT.
I've got a pic of it if anyone is interested.
